In job-seeking, there’s often a perception that candidates must strive to impress their potential employers. Still, it’s equally essential for employers to create a positive impression on prospective employees. Trust and loyalty are valuable qualities in any workplace; employees should be treated respectfully and fairly.
It’s perplexing why some individuals would take pride in boasting about poor working conditions for their employees. Every worker, especially those enduring 8 to 10-hour shifts, deserves reasonable breaks during their workday. Refusing to permit employees even a brief moment to sit down or take a breather is not an accomplishment but rather a sign of a detrimental work environment.
