The Samsung Galaxy Royal features a 6.8-inch Super AMOLED with 4K resolution. In contrast, the Infinix Note 50x 5G offers a 6.82-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Samsung device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Meanwhile, the Infinix handset is powered by a MediaTek processor. Both smartphones operate on the Android 15 operating system. Regarding memory, the Samsung phone offers 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB internal storage, expandable via microSD.

The Infinix device provides 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, also expandable with a dedicated microSD slot. In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy Royal boasts a triple setup: 200MP primary lens, 16MP ultra-wide, and 8MP depth sensor. For selfies, it sports a dual 44MP front camera. Conversely, the Infinix Note 50x 5G features a dual rear camera system with a 50MP main lens and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera. Battery-wise, the Samsung device packs a massive 8500mAh battery. In comparison, the Infinix phone is equipped with a 5100mAh battery supporting 33W wired charging.
