Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo boasts a 6.4-inch LTPO P-OLED display. Therefore, the Realme device takes the lead with its larger and more advanced screen.

Under the hood, the Realme 14 Pro Lite is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. On the other hand, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo utilizes the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, offering configurations up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Both devices run on Android 14. Thus, the Motorola device gains an edge in terms of software longevity. In the camera department, the Realme 14 Pro Lite is equipped with a triple-camera setup.

It includes a 50MP primary sensor , an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies. Conversely, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo features a versatile triple-camera system. These are a 50MP main lens with OIS, a 10MP telephoto lens, and a 13MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies, it offers a 32MP front camera. Given the additional telephoto lens, the Motorola device provides more flexibility in photography.​ Furthermore, the Realme 14 Pro Lite houses a 5,200mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging. In comparison, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo comes with a 4,310mAh battery, supporting 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. Meanwhile the Realme device offers a larger battery, the Motorola phone compensates with faster wired and wireless charging options.​

The Realme 14 Pro Lite was unveiled in March 2025, with availability in India through Flipkart and Realme’s official website. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo was announced and released on August 29, 2024.
