The need for a restroom break is a natural and sometimes urgent occurrence that can happen to anyone, anywhere, including in the workplace. When it happens, it’s typically a private and potentially embarrassing situation that employees prefer to keep discreet.

However, the management at this particular workplace appears to acknowledge such situations and has chosen to single out employees in need of restroom breaks.
