The tone should be chosen carefully when placing notes or signs around an office. It’s important to avoid being overly passive-aggressive or sarcastic since such tones can hinder comfortable office relations. Moreover, font selection affects how well a sign is received.
Surprisingly, working at a Fortune 500 company seems to come with high standards for fonts. While it might not be entirely clear why using Comic Sans in an office is considered non-Fortune 500-esque, the employees’ reaction to this seemingly inferior font is apparent. However, criticizing a lemonade stand for its font choice seems a bit excessive, doesn’t it?
