For many individuals, work can be a positive and enjoyable experience. However, various workplace factors can sometimes deter employees from looking forward to their time at the office. The simple act of having to get out of pajamas and into work attire can be enough to make someone less enthusiastic about going to work.

Even managers may share the desire to stay in their pajamas. While they bear additional responsibilities over their employees, the expectations placed on this particular manager seem rather demanding.
