Cookie Monster
When a workplace provides employees with a little fun or treats, it can foster a sense of appreciation from management. Having employees who feel valued is essential for any workplace. However, when such gestures come with a list of restrictions and warnings, the enjoyment of the supposed treat can be overshadowed.

This raises questions about what happens if someone prefers a smaller cookie that happens to be at the bottom of the pile. Must they discard half of it? Management’s demands can sometimes take the joy out of simple pleasures, such as eating cookies.
