No one likes to be criticized or have their work criticized, but at some point, we acknowledge that criticism is good for us, as it allows us to grow and become better people and better workers. This person, however, has never learned this valuable lesson.

Working with a person who can’t accept criticism can be quite challenging, and I wouldn’t want to imagine what it must be like working with the person who’s responsible for this photo. They found a way to let their co-workers know they don’t accept criticism well, in a way that would prevent any arguments or conflicts.
